The MBL is a laboratory in the Division of Kinesiology, Department of Kinesiology & Sport Management, that focuses on alterations of skeletal muscle mass with aging, microgravity and disease, and how these conditions may be affected by resistance exercise. The MBL engages in both human and animal research, from whole muscle to subcellular/molecular levels.
